Arena-R sounds like an awesome idea; GH1 still has much potential IMO. Damn me for going on comic-reading-hiatus for so long; I should have found out about it earlier.

His last words were "Tama, you... protect Mischa... please stop her". This, combined with now being out of a job, combined with Mischa's dismissive treatment of her since arriving on Midas, combined with a letter which she's holding right there and probably isn't telling the truth about, combined with panic at having to do something now, pushed her over the edge.

I hope that Tama is not about to do the obvious.

The way I understood it, Tama has a deep respect for Misha and her line of work that borders on Idol worship. So why would she ruin whatever plans Misha is involved in, even if it involves associating with a well-known criminal? (Admittedly, Blood Ace has a reputation and a lot of deaths are attributed to him. Although, can we the readers be certain of the accuracy of that - that his reputation is well-deserved?)

I'm guessing that whatever Misha had planned involved getting info from the Red Masks and the Queen, to see what scheme they have to hurt Luna. (Remember back on March 9th when the duo was introduced to "Shadow" the info broker? http://ataraxiatheatre.com/2011/03/09/not-necessarily-the-truth/ ) It also most likely involves trying to discover how they got the blueprints for that prototype mech that they found out about a while back (forgot the name).

Perhaps Tama is a clever girl and is going to give misleading info about Blood Ace to try to throw off the trail of the hunters and salvage what she can of Misha's plans and rendezvous? Then again... maybe not. In any case, I'd hate to be in Tama's shoes. Right now she's all alone and does not even have Bjorn to back her up if things go bad. And she'll eventually have to face the music when Misha wakes up...

On the other hand, if Tama manages to set things right - all by herself - she'll at least have proved herself capable of handling a sticky situation on her own. Though I'd STILL expect she'll get yelled at for the bonehead trick and breach of trust. Bosses tend to frown on getting drugged without their knowledge.

Umm... what WAS Tama's reason for doing that, anyway? Did I overlook something Bjorn said?

There is that, isn't there.
Then again, I don't think this is intended to be Tama's most noble moment.

I had a feeling Tama was going to drug her, but didn't feel like trying to plow through the archives to find the precise moment the drug fell into her hands. It was the only way I could see her going from that frustrated to that acquiescent without a word and still be getting Mischa drinks.
If that was a Chekhov's Gun you set up a ways back, mind linking it?

What the...?

I assume that either April Fools came early (Leap Year?) or there's a an explanation of some sort...
Cat ears added to Earthers as a fashion statement? O_o

Thanks for the link Joe. I assume after yesterday we can all get hipster-y about it now, in a sort of "I was anti-SOPA before your Grandma knew about it" kind of way.
